Not a crisis. Not a breakdown.

Just a quiet sense that something isn't quite right —
even when life looks fine on paper.

You might not be able to name it yet. That's exactly where we begin.

About Teo

I studied electrical engineering because I wanted to understand how things worked.

That same curiosity led me into project sales. I joined with a determination to give it everything I had, and I did. I loved building systems, solving problems, and creating results. The more I committed, the more opportunities appeared. Eventually, I became Head of Project Sales.

From the outside, it looked like success.
And in many ways, it was.

But when I reached what should have been the point — the title, the result, the proof that the path had been worth it — I found myself standing there with a question I hadn't planned on.

Is this what I want to do for the rest of my life?

Not a crisis. Not a collapse. Just a question that arrived quietly and stopped being willing to leave.

I didn't know it then, but that question would change the direction of my life. Not because I found an immediate answer. Because I finally started asking different questions.

Today, I work with people who recognize that same quiet feeling, even if they can't yet explain it. Together, we explore the deeper patterns shaping your decisions, relationships, work, and life — not to fix you, but to help you reconnect with yourself.

Because I've come to believe something simple.

The problem usually isn't that we don't know.
It's that we've gradually stopped trusting what we already know.

Looking back now, I don't see engineering, sales, building a trading platform on my own, fatherhood, or the years of inner work as separate chapters. They were all teaching me the same thing.

How to recognize patterns.
First in systems.
Eventually in people.
Including myself.

The Conversation

What this 20 minutes actually is.

Not a pitch. Not a session. A real conversation — to understand what's happening for you, and whether working together makes sense in both directions.

01

What it is

A genuine conversation about what's present for you right now — the feeling, the pattern, the thing you keep circling back to. We start exactly where you are.

02

What it isn't

Not a free consultation. Not a diagnostic session. Not a pitch. Nothing is decided on the call — there is no pressure to continue afterward.

03

What comes next

If there's genuine fit — on both sides — I'll follow up in writing. My honest read of the conversation, and where relevant, what I'd suggest we work on.

Who This Is For

Honest about fit — in both directions.

This work asks something real of you. Not motivation. Not a plan. A genuine willingness to meet what's actually underneath.
This is for you if
  • Something keeps returning — a feeling, a pattern, a question — and you can't quite leave it alone
  • You've tried things. Read things. Maybe talked to someone. And something still hasn't shifted
  • You know what you'd tell a friend in your situation. Applying it to yourself is another matter
  • You're ready to look at what's actually driving this — not just manage it from the surface
  • You'd rather have an honest conversation than a reassuring one
This isn't for you if
  • You're looking for a quick fix or a step-by-step system
  • You want to be told exactly what to do
  • You're in active crisis that needs clinical or immediate care
  • You're curious but not genuinely ready to look at what comes up
  • You want the change to happen to you, rather than with you

From the first conversation, I knew I would continue to hear from him many more times — until the moment I was really tip-top. I felt relief after the first conversation.

What People Sometimes Find

I won't promise you what the conversation will bring.

But here is what people sometimes leave with — not because it was the plan, but because something shifted in the act of naming what was present.

Sometimes one honest conversation is enough to see something differently.

What People Carry Forward

In their own words.

Thanks to working with Teo, I feel like a new person. I worked on some of my limiting beliefs and toxic relationships — primarily with myself and then with others — and he helped me not only become aware of them, but to approach my problems in a much more comprehensive and deeper healing way. I got to know my shadows and came to love and accept them. And with that shift all my relationships healed much more comprehensively and deeply.

He taught me how to embrace self-love and let love permeate my whole life. In the end, words become redundant and limited in order to describe how much I received.

After every conversation with him, a period of stagnation would follow — and then my eyes and feelings became wide open. Now I am happy with every new insight that appears, because it means a lot.

Teo's energy, approach, words and overall vibe is super healing itself. One of our sessions brought me some very deep experiences which helped me do some emotional cleansing needed also afterwards.

FAQ

The ones people don't always ask.

What if I'm not sure what to say?
+

You don't need to know what to say. Bring whatever is present — the vague sense, the recurring feeling, the thing you keep coming back to without quite being able to name it. That's enough. We'll find the thread together.

What if I'm skeptical?
+

That's a reasonable place to arrive from. Skepticism usually means you think carefully before committing — which is exactly the kind of person this work tends to go well with. You don't need to believe anything before we talk. Come as you are.

What if I'm not spiritual or into this kind of thing?
+

The work doesn't require any particular belief system or framework. It requires honesty and a genuine willingness to look at what's underneath. People arrive from very different backgrounds — engineering, business, medicine, law. What matters is that something brought you here.

Will you try to sell me something on the call?
+

No. Nothing is decided on the call — and I mean that. If there's genuine fit and I think I can help, I'll send a written follow-up afterward. On your time, with no pressure. The conversation is a conversation.

What if we're not the right fit?
+

Then I'll say so — honestly, and without making it uncomfortable. Not every conversation leads to working together, and that's a completely valid outcome. I'd rather name that clearly than leave you uncertain.

What if nothing comes of it?
+

Sometimes one honest conversation is enough to see something differently. Even if we don't work together, something usually shifts in the act of naming what's been present. That has its own value.
